Senior Management & Strategy: managed multi-faceted responsibilities spanning equestrian operations, facility management, and team leadership for the Beas River Equestrian Centre, leading business units and implementing system-wide improvements like the BHS professional and recreational pathways.

Elite Performance: Coached the Hong Kong National Para Dressage Team rider at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games and developed an athlete who won an Indidual Bronze Medal at the 2019 China Games and contributed to a Team Bronze Medal at the 2023 Asian Games.
