A Meticulous Approach
We leave nothing to chance. Our step-by-step process is designed for maximum transparency, perfect matches, and financial prudence.
1. Needs & Goals Consultation: We begin by deeply understanding your riding level, competitive aspirations, budget, and the specific qualities you seek in a horse.
2. Global Sourcing: We tap into our exclusive network of trusted breeders, agents, and contacts across Europe and beyond to identify horses that meet your precise criteria.
3. Performance Trial & Selection: This critical step ensures the all-important "feel" is right.
· Virtual Assessment: We receive and analyze detailed videos of the horse under saddle, assessing movement, technique, and temperament against your needs.
· In-Person Trial (Highly Recommended): We strongly recommend that you travel to try the horse yourself. There is no substitute for the personal connection and feel. We can facilitate all travel arrangements. Alternatively, for clients who cannot travel, Stéphane Morai can personally trial the horse on your behalf, providing an expert assessment of its capabilities and character.
4. Rigorous Vetting Process (Post-Selection): Once a suitable match is found and approved, we proceed to the clinical evaluation.
· Comprehensive Veterinary Exam: We arrange and oversee a pre-purchase examination conducted by an independent vet, including digital X-rays and advanced imaging if required. We interpret these results for you with a performance perspective.
5. Negotiation & Logistics: We act as your representative in all negotiations. Upon purchase, we manage the entire complex process: export/import paperwork, quarantine, transportation, and insurance.
6. Post-Arrival Acclimation & Support: Our service continues after your horse lands. We provide wellness checks and integration support to ensure a smooth transition to its new home.
